Welcome to our growing gallery of 100% pure silk flags.

The technique that we use is silk dyeing. The serti technique is used to keep the dye from running together to draw in more detailed designs. Gutta is drawn on the silk and then dye is applied. We use a protein dye. Acid dyes they are called. They only dye protein fibers like wool and feathers, etc. We use only 100% silk. We cannot dye anything else with them except wool and such.
